The minigames are heavily graphical in nature, and use audio to help encourage the sense of "gaming." For example, while students are in the park, they hear birds and cars in the background. When they visit the hospital the background is filled with the various noises of equipment, intercom calls, and passing conversations.
Not all of the evidence that students find is related to context, either. A big emphasis of each game is to encourage critical thinking and problem solving.
